The CONCAM platform uses cookies exclusively for essential functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2.3 Analytics Cookies (Reserved)

We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will update this policy, request your consent, and provide full details here prior to deployment.

3. Legal Basis

Our use of strictly necessary cookies is based on our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure service, and on the performance of our contract with you. These cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC as amended by 2009/136/EC) and its national implementations across the EU/EEA countries we operate in.

If we introduce non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics), these will require your explicit, freely given, informed, and unambiguous consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the platform from functioning correctly and you will not be able to remain signed in.

5. Third-Party Cookies

The authentication cookies listed in Section 2.1 are set by our identity management provider on the concam.lt domain at our direction, in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). For further details on how authentication data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

We do not embed any social media widgets, advertising networks, or other third-party trackers.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or if legislation changes. Material updates will be communicated via the cookie banner and/or email to registered users.
