None of your own. Each camera has a built-in mobile (4G) connection that runs on the major local networks, so there is no site WiFi and no fixed line to arrange.
All site photography is stored on encrypted EU cloud infrastructure and does not leave the EU. Data is handled in a GDPR-aligned way; what other data is processed, and where, is set out in the privacy policy.
Only if you want them to be. Automatic person blurring can be switched on for a project: people are blurred before the photo is shown to anyone — in the portal, on share links and in downloads. It is processed on our own servers in the EU.
Yes. Role-based access lets you invite clients, investors, and contractors with view-only permissions, scoped to specific projects.
Site photography is retained for 30 days after the contract ends, then deleted. You can export the full-project image archive before that window closes.
No. CONCAM runs in the browser. The cameras handle capture and upload automatically — no on-site server, no desktop software.
The camera, the connectivity, EU storage and access to the client portal are all in one project price. There is no separate software licence and no per-user fee. Send us a few details about the site and we usually have a quote ready within 1–2 working days.
Yes — it documents the whole construction period; photos are kept for the life of the project, and you can download the full-resolution archive at any point during the contract and for 30 days after it ends.
